Taco Bell - Montgomery

I visit this Taco Bell about twice a week and usually receive fairly decent service. However, today I was disappointed with the level of service I experienced. There was a lack of empathy in addressing a problem that could have been easily resolved. It wouldn’t have cost anything to fix the issue, if only a staff member had taken the initiative to provide the kind of customer service that someone who spends their money at their restaurant deserves.

Food was very good even when it was late at night. Very quick and friendly service

Ordered nachos and a drink, simple order really, got my nachos, then Waited 20 minutes just for someone to come to the counter so I could get my drink, not just myself but 2 other sets of customers were waiting for minutes on minutes before even getting their food.

Taco Bell offers affordable Mexican food, and it's a great option when you're tired of the same old choices from McDonald's, which have hardly changed in the last 50 years.

I've never had an issue with this place. I live just a block away from the location on Atlanta Highway, and I've encountered so many problems there that I prefer to drive ten times further to come here. I know I can actually get breakfast during breakfast hours, and they always have coffee available. The staff is also very friendly, unlike the attitude at the Atlanta Highway location. Highly recommend this place!
