Perkins Bakery - Monticello

I accidentally left my holders at the restaurant and realized it as soon as I got home. I called them less than half an hour after we left to check if they had found them or if I could come in to look for them. The person who answered the phone, who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Apparently, they change their staff every 30 minutes, which seems excessive. I work in a restaurant too, and we typically only change our staff twice a day. Their attitude could definitely use some improvement.

Quick service on a Sunday morning after church... much appreciated!

I accidentally left my retainers at the restaurant and realized it just as I got home. I called back within half an hour to see if they had found them or if I could search through the garbage. The "manager" I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. She mentioned that they change their large trash bins every 30 minutes, which I found hard to believe since I work in a restaurant and we only change ours a maximum of twice a day. She didn't seem to care at all and had a very dismissive attitude.

The service was quicker on a Sunday morning after church. Thank you!
