Starbucks - Monticello

They forgot to make one of my drinks and they don't have to make the cup. But as soon as I and my cousin asked them, they did it right away. They were so sweet about it and we apologized if it was an inconvenience because they were busy, but she said it was okay and not to apologize. Before there was a costumer who made her drink three times, but she did it with a smile on her face and never complained and was a very happy person to be. Her name was Taya and she was a new worker, he said. She's the best employee I've ever met, she's a 10/10 employee and my cousin can't stop talking about how amazing she was. We have worked at a grocery place as we, where little because of the business of my family, and it is nice to know that there are good employees who know how to treat people kindly. I would like to have an employee like her work my family

My daughter loves to strawberry pink drink and cake pop's

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful. They provided extra sweetener when my drink wasn’t sweet enough for my taste, and they promptly removed the foam from the top as I requested. They were also very respectful of my service dog and even offered him a generous pup cup!

The iced coffee could have had a bit more ice cream in it, but overall, it was amazing!

My wife is more of a Starbucks fan than I am. She absolutely loves it!
