Diamond Heart Cattlemen's Steakhouse

The food portions were small and quite pricey. The corn on the cob and fries were not cooked properly. We also received an incorrect bill. They only accept cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay. The staff seemed inexperienced.

I ordered the Diamond Heart Burger, which was supposed to come with three extras and weigh 3/4 of a pound for $20.99. However, they served me the wrong burger. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she looked confused and simply walked away while I was trying to explain the issue. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked another employee to get a manager, as I was still sitting there with the incorrect order. The employee then discussed my request with another table instead of addressing my needs and took an additional 8 minutes to inform me that no manager was on duty and offered to have the cook make me a new burger. Rather than wait another 25 minutes for food I didn’t order, I declined. The food was good, considering it wasn't what I originally ordered, but I won't be returning due to the poor customer service.

This restaurant is fantastic! The beef is locally sourced and raised by the owners themselves, and the quality is outstanding! It’s definitely worth a visit, believe me! The fries are the best, the buns are perfectly toasted, and everything is simply delicious!
