La Maisonnee - Montréal

This is one of my favorite spots to enjoy a drink with friends. The food is excellent and affordable, and the staff is friendly and clearly enjoys what they do.

This tavern is popular among students who enjoy beer and watching hockey games on TV screens. It can get noisy, but it's a good spot for what it offers. It has been a go-to spot for Université de Montréal students for decades, and is conveniently located just one block from a metro station. The surrounding streets can get rowdy, with the competing bar across the way occasionally leading to late-night quarrels and even police intervention at closing time.

I've been there with my friends and I think it's the best bar in montreal, you should try the poutine!
