Local 75 - Montréal

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past couple of months - once for lunch and once for a happy hour after work. The drinks were delicious with a great selection of cocktails and wine. The food was also very tasty, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. I believe this place will become a popular spot for locals to enjoy.

The drinks are fantastic and the service is top-notch at this restaurant. It has an old-fashioned theme that gives it a touch of elegance, not as upscale as Taverne but more classy than Ye Olde Orchard. It fits perfectly in the middle on Monkland. And let's not forget about the amazing chocolate mousse - it's simply outstanding.

I was surprised to read the reviews as many seemed not impressed. We chose the place as there were two tables left on the terrace. The waitress was extremely pleasant and efficient. To have a drink you need to order food. It could be something light so we order the beet and goat cheese plate and one crabe cake. The beet plate had 3 colors of beets, sprinkled with tiny walnuts, creamy coat cheese and a light marinade. It looked as good as it tasted. The crab cake was also delicious. My sister and I enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. Thank you
