We've walked past this restaurant on many visits to Montreal, saying "we'll have to eat there sometime". This last Montreal visit we did. We took advantage of eating outside on a weeknight and had a delightful meal. We took advantage of the Chicken Tikka Masala dinner for 2 and could even make a few substitutes. Service was great. The food was delicately seasoned and really plentiful for the price. Each dish stood on its own-and made for a truly delightful meal. We brought a nice wine with us, so it was a super-affordable meal, not that we were looking to save money. We look forward to our next Montreal trip, where we can return and sample more of the dishes on the menu.

All the dishes that make a good Indian restaurant are there! the flavors are balanced and the portions really honest. The service is a little less convincing because the servers do not speak French and not too English. In summer, if you have a place on the terrace, it's really nice.
