The Boathouse Restaurant - MOOLOOLABA

Fantasic view, fantastic food!. Located right in the Mooloolaba CBD on the beach, beautiful modern club with friendly staff.

Was looking forward to a long evening at the club. Walked into the main bar, was second to be served a drink, unfortunately for us the mature age bar lady decided to make us wait while she chose to serve locals who she addressed by name, so obviously rude. Then I nice young lad noticed asked what we’d like. Went upstairs for a feed the staff were exemplary, the meal was very nice too. So apart from the extremely rude bar lady downstairs we had a good time.

Great view I had the Lamb Shank it was very nice flavoursome and my husband had prawn and scallop risotto it's a shame for such a nice place the menu is quite small would be nice to have a few more options to choose from The staff were very nice and friendly

The restaurant was fantastic with an excellent menu and affordable prices. Staff were excellent and very professional. Clearly very popular and with the amazing vista of the entire beach. We had the perfectly prepared Beer battered Maloolaba Whiting and the Coop Coast which was an amazing fusion of tastes. Highly recommended

Took friends who were visiting on a trip to Sunshine Coast and stopped here for lunch. Three of the party ordered Schnapper and I had local Whiting. The Whiting was fine but the same cannot be said for the other three dishes. INEDIBLE was the universal comment. I didn't want to make a fuss in front of our guests instead choosing to email the management about our experience. Some many months later I have heard nothing. I guess they couldn't give a tinkers dam as they know they will still pull the tourists by the bus load. It seemed to me that the fish might have been held warm after precooking as it was unanimous that the fish was made by Bridgestone or Dunlop. Apart from Roasts and overpriced steaks it seemed to me that the entire menu came from a freezer bag. Don't Chefs cook anything any more. Whenever I am out I flatly refuse to eat processed food from a freezer bag menu. Thank you management for your lack of caring in not responding.. I will not be back
