Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe - Moon Township

At first, this review may seem negative, but please read through to the end. We ordered food to take home, only to discover that our chili cheeseries were just cheese fries, and our "everything" hamburger only had chili and onions on it. However, the rest of our order was correct. We returned the incorrect items to let them know what happened, and they were very understanding. It seems their idea of "everything" for the hamburger is just chili and onions, rather than all the toppings listed on the menu. Once we explained the issue, they promptly made a new hamburger with all the proper toppings and prepared fresh chili cheeseries for us. Everyone was incredibly friendly throughout this experience. Although there was a mix-up, I’m not too concerned. It appeared that one of the three staff members was new, and they all seemed quite young. Overall, they handled the situation well, and I’ll definitely be back!

You can’t go wrong with the Hot Dog Shoppe. Whenever I visit Pennsylvania, I always make a point to stop by. I’ve never experienced bad service, and the food is consistently good—especially the chili cheese fries. While it may not be the best meal you’ve ever had, I’m confident it will be a local favorite.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and enjoyed their chili dogs, which were quite good, along with the excellent service. I do wish they offered a wider variety of fries and different seasoning options, including salt, to enhance the flavors.

Every time I come here, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Today I spilled my drink and they gave me a new one and joked about how they cleaned it. the food is always great and the service is fast. absolutely LIEBE this place
