Fantastic coffee, lovely staff, and a delightful atmosphere!

The service was quite rude. I asked if I could get a paper fork, and I was turned down, despite my offer to buy the fork or even a drink in exchange. I was told that I could only receive a fork if I ordered a specific type of meal that required one. I don't understand why they couldn't just sell me a fork for $2, which likely wouldn't even cost them 5 cents!

The coffee is good, but the staff leaves much to be desired. I ordered a caramel slice that was clearly priced at $4.50, but I was charged $5.00 instead. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the man who served me argued rudely that it was just a mistake and was reluctant to refund my money. I had to be very firm about my request, and after some back and forth, he finally agreed to refund me around 1 o'clock. I can't help but think that many others have probably fallen into the same trap as I did!

I had the Best Mocca coffee this morning and the coffee didn't leave a bitter taste.. 10 out of 10 guys

Stood in line to order, and just as my payment was about to be taken, the chef yells out that I can’t order “that”. Turns out “that” was on the lunch menu which starts at 12pm and it was 11:47am obviously too early to want to eat lunch, on my lunch break. I didn’t know vegetables could distinguish what time of day they were being consumed at? But no, he was being serious. So, for lack of more flexible options, I stood there for 13 minutes
