Jersey Mike's Subs - Mooresville

I often stop by this restaurant on a whim, and the regular staff always remembers my favorite dish. They’re incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. I wanted to give a special shout-out today to some team members from Cornelius who filled in—they did an amazing job! They were very engaging and helpful, demonstrating a fantastic work ethic all around. Great job!

When I arrived, there was a wait for my sub. However, a line at a sub shop usually indicates one thing: their subs are excellent and worth the wait. I waited about 6 or 7 minutes to place my order and receive my sandwich, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I'll definitely return!

Tyler's customer service was outstanding! All I had to mention was gluten-free, and he handled everything from there. He took every precaution to ensure my safety and made me feel comfortable, so I didn't feel like a "weirdo" having to explain my condition. For the first time in a while, I felt full and satisfied! I will definitely be back!
