Domino's Pizza - Moorhead

We went back because Pizza XD The noodles were a bit broken in some places. A couple felt undercooked, I just didn't eat 9 noodles. All dishes tasted great! You can also not ignore the price of the mixture. So I decided not to remove a star. The food was great for the price. The staff was pleasant, waiting was what you expect for everything we got and there is a nice parking lot at this new location.

I have nothing to say except what I experienced from Domino’s has always been good pizza. However, with that said a week or so I ordered a pizza. It was the worst thing I have ever had, I have tried to contact the store several times getting passed on, hug up on, disconnected from the general line. After all the mishaps I cannot seem to get a manager. Why?

I was called after 2hours of waiting on my order for them to tell me it would be another 3hours on delivery, 2 hours for pick up after I already waited 2 hours! Absolutely no excuse, if they can't do a reasonable job getting orders out then they should close!

I feel bad for the regular employees and any customer unfortunate to make their way inside this Dominos. The only thing the managers serve is incompetence and appallingly rude behavior toward their employees and customers. Andrea, in particular, stands out as a truly awful person. Absolutely disgusting these people hold any position of power. Do better as a company — MUCH better.

So I ordered a medium two topping for pickup and I was greeted by Dylan. I asked for my order and he brought it to me and showed me and it wasn’t what I had ordered, so I politely explained this wasn’t my order so he began to deny it and then I asked if I could speak to a manager after a couple of minutes going back and forth. He finally threw his hands up and said fine and brought Andrea out. We spoke I explained the situation and Dylan interrupted me a couple of times saying this was what I ordered and I’m wrong. Andrea at this point said “sir you can either take this pizza as it is or you can go.” I can not belive this they wouldn’t even let me take a refund or anything. I am a very easygoing customer but this service was ridiculous.
