Mcdonald's Restaurants - Moray

I don't expect a lot from drive thru fast food places, but it is minimal for food to be heated. We went no further than the carpark to eat it, but our burgers weren't just tepid but were completely cold which must surely be a H&S issue. Neither meal felt safe to eat so we had to throw them away uneaten. There was a queue in the restaurant and neither email address to use or phone number to ring, so no opportunity to complain without joining the very slow drive thru queue once again. I had a similar experience here four years ago but visited again in the hope that this branch had been pulled into line with the others worldwide. It hasn't!

We visit McDonald's regularly, but we were extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. The restaurant was missing three out of the four items we wanted to order. We recommend that they should not advertise items that they have run out of. They should either update their menu boards or put up a notice to inform customers what items are not available.

I was disappointed to find 2 large bones in my filet o fish at this restaurant. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with my orders, including receiving a plain big tasty after ordering a regular one, forgotten chicken nuggets, and now this incident.

A worker called Jamie was very disrespectful multiple times. Took drinks away without even asking and weren’t even done. Was accused of not ordering food so took our number away when i ordered my oreo mcflurry.

Ordered the steak stack via drive through told to go to car park and wait. Order arrived within 10 minutes. Drove to nearby car park then both burgers did not contain onions, cheese slices and very little pepper sauce. Oh well what did I expect for £13
