Grotto Ticinese - Morcote

Great little place. Very friendly staff. Eat delicious. The booking is probably required. We visited Sunday noon and got the last table below. I think they can sit upstairs.

It is an authentic and good restaurant with a really nice atmosphere. They sit in a beautiful garden. They will feel like in Italy. The way they speak and how they treat you is typically Italian friendly and no problem. I wanted to order something that wasn't in the menu, and they liked to do it. You have to drive there by car, as it is not in the city center, but is worth the ride.

Wonderful experience, amazing delicious food, cozy table next to a fireplace, very friendly and genuine service! We'll be back. Thanks for a perfect evening!

Very friendly atmosphere, very friendly welcome and service, good wines from Ticino, and a great place to discuss with friends around a big wooden table under the trees with good meat dishes, easy to choose. Ended up with a coffee and a nocino, of course.
