Love Penn Station! Always good food. Great service. I like to order the monthly special! Otherwise, it's a bit pricey. I love their chocolate chip cookies! Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. No toys or special gadgets. But friendly, relaxed environment that lends well to children. I wouldn't have a birthday party there, but definitely bring your family. Order great big order of fries to share! Service: Dine in

Like the food and most of the employees are nice but I heard one of the male managers talking about how he hates “fat people” and that’s not the kind of attitude a manager or anyone in a professional setting should have and is just rude and makes me think twice about coming in and ordering food from a place that accepts this kind of behavior. Been here twice now and each time hasn’t been the best. First time I ordered and they got my order incorrect. I politely asked them to remake it and showed them the receipt. The lady remade the item the exact same way again knowing that it was incorrect. I explained what was wrong very clearly so there was no mistaking it. Just left and threw away my food at that point. The second time I was there, one worker there was acting very odd to me. Would keep staring at me and was just being very weird and it made me uncomfortable. Even said so odd things to me on the way out. Cant say I will ever go there again after that very odd and peculiar experience.
