Tope Restaurant - Moreland

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant yesterday on a Friday night. Don't expect just an ordinary Chinese restaurant when you walk in. This hidden gem on Leake Street impressed me with both the affordability and quality of the food. I had a thoughtful server who offered utensils without me even having to ask. The Mapo Tofu Szechuan dish was amazing. And the lychee ice cream was the perfect way to end the meal. It was so refreshing. This was a great discovery and I will definitely be returning with more friends.

We had a great time at Tope! The staff were friendly, the service was quick and efficient. We decided to order the same meal we had years ago, which was delicious beef and scallops with vegetables. We finished off with lychees and ice cream, which was a nice touch. The food was presented nicely. However, we would have preferred if our shared dishes were brought out in the order we requested. Starting with the beef followed by the scallops was not the best choice. The food was simple, tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning to Tope in the future.

This restaurant is fantastic! The ambiance is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the background music is just right. We tried a few dishes and the scallops were cooked perfectly, but the standout was the delicious sizzling beef. The fried ice cream is always a great choice as well. Don't overlook this place too quickly.

I am a fan of Tope. The food is always nice and the customer service is also of a high quality. I like the outdoor area that you can hire to eat in as well.
