Cafe Europa Portal - Morelia

It;s a great place to have a coffee, but there are way too many people walking up to you asking for money. the ones who are not asking for money outright, are playing music without asking you and then going around to the tables asking...to be given money. They really ruin the experience. The restaurants in this part of town should really ban these people from coming up to the tables. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but they really do make it an unpleasant experience.
