Love the food didnt take long to make food and bring it to the car

We were seated fast at the Moreno Valley, Moreno Beach location, the host was nice. The ordertaker did a good job, but sometimes seemed annoyed with repeating questions that we wanted clarification on. They had ran out of takeout bags. We asked a second time about the bags and the girl seemed annoyed. We just couldn't believe a large establishment like Chilis had ran out of bags to carry the food out. So we asked again. We wanted to pay in cash, she told us to notify her, but when we notified her she seemed annoyed. She was probably not having a good day. We did apologize to her, in case we had offended her. She still got a good tip from us. Well...The ribs looked good, but were not tender. Corn was great and the honey chipotle sauce was spicy and great. The manager was extremely kind and helpful. All the servers were very nice.

Wind on Friday night the parking lot was pretty busy inside was pretty busy. Yet the weight was not very long at all. The seated us quickly. As they were taking our orders, our drinks came out almost instantaneously. I was surprised period. We usually order the 3 for me it's a good deal. You get a drink an appetizer and a main course Between eleven ninety nine and sixteen ninety nine depending on what you order. I like paying a little bit extra for the Dip trio send tortilla chips with your choice of 3 dips. The whole family likes it. They're soups are always good as well. It's a good place to go with friends or family. The food is good. The atmosphere is good. There's lots of tvs with sports on the service is nice and friendly.Hi, highly, recommend it.Parking: There's usually enough parking somewhere even if you have to park back a little further. Not usually an issueKid-friendliness: There's a kid's menu. My kids always find something they like lot of times I like to order the same thing over and over and over.

I use to order online all the time and it was so easy and all my favorite items were on the menu. Now I have to call in the order to get the nachos and other items. Then they punish you for not ordering online by keeping you on hold for a long time and then have attitudes with you. Please add items back to online menu to make it easier for everyone. Then I order cub side and they me I have to come in to redeem my rewards. The point of curbside is bc I didn’t want to get out bc I’m sick. Chili’s idk what happened but please fix your website and get better employees the little girls you hire are too immature for good business.Vegetarian options: Everything is customizable.

Second time for a bad meal here. It used to be good here but now not so good. The Hamburger was overcooked to the point of over well done and dry. They used to asked how you want it. Now it is just dried out and horrible. The soup had way too much salt. Normally I wouldn't give a bad review for this if it only happened once but this was the second time. I will say the server was good no problems.
