Chipotle Mexican Grill - Moreno Valley

The chips were kind of stale and the guacamole was just big hard pieces of avacado. the food in general wasnt that good at all.

My ENTIRE order was wrong. the food was messy and drencheddddd in cheese so yes definitely soggy. Never recieved my chips guac oh they also seem to ALWAYS be out of fajitas.. they genuinely do not care for their customers let alone to go orders

Has a bad rating to do, but its 50/50, if they can even get eat when they go there. from the witness often. Sometimes is simply closed. normally a massive line because they only have 1 person in front of them. this place needs new administration a new owner completely. this place can skip when it runs properly. almost worth driving the 20 minutes to another chipotle.

I ordered my food while I in the middle of homework and this was around 9:15 and my order was going to be ready at 9:30. When I got there, the food wasn’t even ready and there was multiple people waiting for their online order, and I waited 20mins for my food to be ready and didn’t even receive the right one. The ticket on the bowl was correct but was inside was something totally different from what I ordered. This is the closest chipotle from where I live and I am absolutely disappointed in the store for it. And this isn’t the first time I was disappointed with my order. They need to do better.

Did what is going on with this place? I been going to this place for 8years. It use to be great and staff were good, nowadays it’s terrible the slowest service ever. They only have one person serving the line is endless. Redo up outs I hope another chipotle opens near by so they can make this place close
