China Buffet - Morganton

It’s more like a 3.5 kinda place. Sometimes better than average but sometimes not. The servers/waitresses are usually not too friendly but it being a buffet (I’ll give them some wiggle room). I’m a fan of their sesame chicken when it’s fresh! The reason for the 3 stars is that some times the food is cold(or you can tell it’s been sitting too long and gets mushy) and they tend over-salt several chicken dishes and the frog legs. That being said, it’s usually pretty good!

Very pricey for a small selection of food. Food is not even fresh they watch you like a hawk while you trying to serve your food. No refills on drink nor picking up used plates. Not worth it

Very delicious food when you first go in for lunch 11am or late supper like 730pm. They was always fresh by that time. Or you will eat old dries up food in between.

Lam's never fails to impress. Their food is always fresh. They give generous portions for take-out. They are cautious and navigated COVID--safe protocols very well. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and sanitary. We eat there/order takeout there often and we've always been pleased.
