Moondog Pizza - Morganton

We needed a place to eat after leaving South Mountains and this place hit the spot. Good salads, pizza and chicken tenders. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Prices seemed reasonable as well.

Excellent pizza! Excellent service! Great beer, wine, and mixology menu! Very convenient to I-40. We'll be back.

Drag shows that are kid friendly is not good. Extremely disappointed about this toxicity being in my home town. Keep drag shows 21+ ONLY!!!! Why do the kids need to enjoy the shows too? Doesn 't help some of the parents are actively encouraging this. What has happened to the mental health in this country!?!?!?

It took a while to get a server when we were there but honestly it was SLAMMED busy for the drag show so I can't blame them. The normally cheap beer isn't very cheap here which kinda sucked.

My husband and I have been vegan for over 2 years. By far, this is the number one choice for a vegan friendly pizza restaurant. The waitress did a good job taking good care of us, understanding that we're serious vegans. We love the atmosphere here, great music playing and we give props to everyone in the kitchen as well. We will be back for sure.
