We've been attending this school for 20 years. For the first time, we are very disappointed: insipid perch nets, purée rœsti, reduced portions and above all ... interminable waiting between the dishes while there are only 15 people in the room. Unfortunately, we're going to have to look for another restaurant or enjoy the perch nets.
