Chick-fil-a - MORRIS PLAINS

When lunch is voted on by the kiddos, Chick-Fil-A is always the top vote getter. Always a great experience with Chick-Fil-A, and we love it. We love the nuggets, waffle fries and the lemonade was amazing. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We were in/out in no time, and everyone was happy with their meals (as always).

I’d choose chick fil a over Popeyes every time if they were open on Sundays. Here they are so polite and friendly. Service is excellent and the food quality is consistent. Facility is clean too and always well maintained.

This is the absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience and encounter I’ve ever had. I’d love to write to corporate because there’s no way these reviews, or the experience I just had are consistent with the quality and integrity the chain claims to uphold. From the service line onward, the guy taking my order pretends to scan my reward, places in the wrong order for a simple 8 count meal. He never repeats the order, asks me for sauces, nothing… I’d been distracted but the total appeared stranger; which I’d realized after viewing the receipt was because he rang in almost an entirely different order. I get to the window…they’re taking selfies…….. I make mention of the error with how the milkshake I’d asked for was made. The boy shakes the top of the milkshake off, removes what I didn’t order and just adds to the base of what’s there. I wait longer to ask for sauces…….they remain inattentive and dismissive. I couldn’t tell if it’s because this is a predominantly white location or what but the quality of the service and food absolutely trash. I am planning to maintain my receipt to account for the experience and discuss the interactions with a manager as soon as possible. I’m not quite sure it’ll actually land so I’m certainly preparing to provide corporate with a more detailed account. They need help because they drive the decency of Chick Fil A into the ground. Absolutely disgusting experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They were attentive to my needs, making sure my order was taken accurately and efficiently. What truly impressed me was how they went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant dining experience. The employees were quick to assist with refills, provide extra condiments, and even checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The level of professionalism and friendliness displayed by the Chick-fil-A team truly set them apart. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. I left with a smile on my face and a positive impression of their dedication to delivering exceptional service. Chick-fil-A has certainly earned my loyalty as a customer, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience

I have only used the drive-thru or pick-up at this location and they are what you would expect from Chick-fil-A. Everything is always fresh, well put together, and delicious. The staff is very efficient for how busy they are everyday.
