Chick-fil-a - MORRIS PLAINS

Whenever lunch is up for a vote among the kids, Chick-Fil-A is always the favorite choice. We consistently have a wonderful experience there and enjoy it every time. The nuggets and waffle fries are delicious, and the lemonade is exceptional. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. We were in and out quickly, and everyone left satisfied with their meals, just like always.

I’d choose chick fil a over Popeyes every time if they were open on Sundays. Here they are so polite and friendly. Service is excellent and the food quality is consistent. Facility is clean too and always well maintained.

When I got to the window, I saw employees taking selfies. I mentioned the mistake regarding my milkshake. Rather than making a new one, the employee just shook off the top of the milkshake, removed the incorrect items, and added some of what was already there. I waited even longer to ask for sauces, but they continued to be inattentive and dismissive. I couldn’t help but wonder if the lack of service was due to the predominantly white staff at this location, but the quality of both service and food was absolutely unacceptable. I’m keeping my receipt to report this experience and discuss it with the manager as soon as I can. I'm not confident that will lead to any significant changes, so I'm prepared to give corporate a detailed account. They really need to address this because it’s tarnishing the reputation of Chick-fil-A. This experience was utterly disappointing.

The employees were quick to assist with refills, provide extra condiments, and even checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The level of professionalism and friendliness displayed by the Chick-fil-A team truly set them apart. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. I left with a smile on my face and a positive impression of their dedication to delivering exceptional service. Chick-fil-A has certainly earned my loyalty as a customer, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience

I've only used the drive-thru and pick-up at this location, and they've consistently met my expectations for Chick-fil-A. Everything is always fresh, thoughtfully assembled, and delicious. The staff is impressively efficient, especially considering how busy they are every day.
