TOWN bar + kitchen - Morristown

I thoroughly enjoyed the top-notch service and dining in a comfortable environment. It was Sunday dinner and the restaurant was about half full but continuously bustling. The attire of the customers ranged from business casual to casual. I ordered the duck, which was cooked to perfection, and the side dishes complemented it perfectly. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my list of favorites.

Went for brunch: the service was a total disappointment. Our food came out late and incorrect....no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything, refilled our coffee, etc. They also mentioned they were out of soup, as it was only made for dinner. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, but I primarily visit restaurants for the food and service. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I have great respect for the atmosphere, the kitchen, the staff, and the camaraderie at this restaurant. It felt like a second home to me while I was living in the city.

Overall great experience. It was a Sunday at 3pm so it was not busy but the staff was very friendly, responsive and competent. Food was really great. I thoroughly enjoyed it will be back soon.
