Taco Bell - Morristown

The food was excellent, which is what I expect from Taco Bell. However, the night staff on duty was incredibly rude. There was an unusually long wait, and each time someone approached the drive-thru speaker, they were left waiting several minutes before receiving a response. This lack of prompt service is a sign of poor management during the night shift.

"I understand the staff may currently be underutilized, but I've often left this location feeling unsatisfied, even when the team is at full capacity. During my most recent visit, a staff member handed us our order without any explanation, leading to an awkward silence. After a moment, my husband felt compelled to ask if that was everything, to which the staff member responded uncertainly, 'I don’t know. I guess so.' However, I've noticed improvements lately. The food has been fresh, and the staff appears to be more attentive. While it may not be a five-star experience yet, it's definitely getting closer."
