Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

Waited for so long time to place the order, I requested to place for every 10 minutes, went to the front desk everytime for every 10 minutes. After 45 minutes still no service, went home empty stomach without even having chance to place the order.

Apparently they don’t know how to update their online ordering. Ordered 3 sides of Mac and cheese (only vegetarian option they have other than a bowl of lettuce) because I had a gift card I wanted to use. Of course that’s the item they’re out of when I get there. Why was I even able to order it if they’re out of it?? And only god knows when I’ll get the refund

Their wings are decent, but just not worth the wait for take-out anymore. I was there for 30 minutes past my alleged pick-up time. I'm not sure I've ever had my food be ready at the time my order says it will be ready by. It's either (frequently) a 15 minute wait past pick-up time, or the food has been sitting out for so long that it's no longer warm.

We sat here for an hour an a half to wait for our food and drinks. Other tables got food a half hour before us after sitting down 30 min after us. Their was only one server who helped us and her name was Abby. She had great service and was the only to check on us while we sat here for an hour and half with nothing.

Please work on service..seems u need to add more manpower to avoid long wait for getting drinks served clean tables.
