Írjon visszajelzéstMy wife and I looked forward to our first experience at this restaurant. We were celebrating my best friends birthday with his wife and family. Reservation was at 9. It took 30-45min for someone to ask about our drinks(sprite, Long Island water). Still took another 15min to get them, after complaining about the sprite we were informed they were pouring drinks from A 2 liter bottle. My wife food came after waiting over an hour. Filet mignon…asked for medium…it was cooked beyond well done tough. Everyone fries was cold. I finally got my food once everyone was done. So I ask for a to go box. Horrible experience. A complete let down.
Lovely restaurant with a lot of meat options as you'd expect for a grill. I went for the NY Strip and was not disappointed. Succulent steak cooked as requested, the first bite was heaven for the taste buds. Same right down to the last bite. Set in a modern area with lots of eateries and apartments. Would recommend
I called yesterday to give my review to a staff member and maybe it will reach the manager but in case it didn 't.... This is my review. I made a reservation for my husband 's 40th birthday. The number of people for this surprise birthday dinner was 11. The reservation was set for 9pm on 08/09/2024. I told everyone to arrive at 8:30pm due to traffic. When everyone arrived at the restaurant, we basically sat ourselves at the table. There was no follow up on who will be our server. While sitting at the table we noticed that a family was seated after us received their drinks and bread right away. While we waited 40 minutes later after being seated, we finally were greeted by our server. I had to go to the front of the restaurant where I asked, Will I have a server at my table? Every drink that was given to us was flat. No type of carbonation or frizz in the drink. We had to send our drinks back. The young lady stated that someone will be there shortly to serve us. We finally were greeted by our server Cam, who was pleasant and professional. We ordered our appetizers which came out in a good amount of time. We then ordered our entrees. Everyone 's entrees at the table were cold. Cam then grabbed all the plates that was cold and took it back to the kitchen. Our French fries, tater tots, and my pasta was cold. The only reason why we stayed at the restaurant because of the closing of the other restaurants nearby. It was too late of the night to go to a nice restaurant without a reservation. This was a celebration. There was no acknowledgement of my husband 's birthday which I told them when I made the reservation. There was no formation of team members seeing a Happy Birthday Song to my husband. The only good time was being around family members. I have been at this location two other times and it was great experiences with birthday dinners. This was not a great experience, my food was awful, my drink was flat, and if it wasn 't for Cam trying to produce the best experience possible it would have been a bad night. My issue is communication amongst staff was not formerly communicated properly. I should not be seating myself and then left to defend for myself to figure out what my next move is. Noone after my party should be allowed to be serviced before our table. Let me just say presentation is everything. Your presentation for food, service, and overall experience should be top tier. You should take pride in what you bring out to your customers. Pride was not exemplified that night.
It has been awhile since we have dined in, we generally get takeout and I have enjoyed the food in the past. Every place deserves an off day esp on a busy day but so many things were wrong that I doubt this is a unique occurrence and we will not return based on that. 1. We made a reservation and waited 25 min to be seated and another party with the same reservation time, who arrived AFTER us, was seated before us due to complaining. 2. Although the table was “cleaned off” it was still dirty (visible crumbs in the creases and a weird film over parts of the table) and crumbs were all over the restaurant floor. The restrooms were also quite a mess. 3. We ordered our children’s food as soon as we sat down since the wait was so long and it still took 40 min to arrive of which the server did acknowledge was unacceptable. The server was great by the way and helped boost the rating. 4. The food was good. Not great. One of my kids ordered the ribs. The serving size was so small that she was still hungry. For a kids meal to cost nearly $14 is ridiculous that the serving was so small definitely not half a rack as advertised. I will most likely give the franchise another try but def not at this location.
My wife made a reservation for my birthday. When we got there we sat down and nobody checked on us for 20 minutes. We had to go and find a manager to get served. Our server was great but the food took a while to come out and when it did the food was cold. The sodas were flat and we had to keep switching our drinks. The only reason we didnt leave is because me and my family were just laughing and having a good time telling stories.
