Piada Italian Street Food - Morrisville

This is one of our favorite eatery! The BLT Piada and Deluxe Caesar are our favorites. Everything is fresh and made to order. Service has always been excellent even there is a long line. Which certainly speaks to the popularity of the restaurant.

Both the Basil Pesto Pasta and Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade were high quality, tasty and worth the price!

As for the Carbonara Pasta, the pancetta was diced thicker than I expected; it was only slightly thicker than bacon. I also wasn't impressed by the four large leaves of spinach placed on top; I would have preferred them mixed in so they could absorb the Alfredo sauce better. Despite these minor critiques, I still give the restaurant a 5 out of 5. They use high-quality ingredients, and my small concerns are overshadowed by the wonderful taste of the dishes.

This restaurant absolutely nails it! The balance between vegetables and protein is excellent, the portions are generous, and the food is both delicious and fresh. I highly recommend trying the Power Bowl!

This was my first time dining here, and I will definitely be back! The MARINARA PASTA topped with calamari was exceptional. The calamari looked different from what I’m used to, but it was crispy on the outside and lightly sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Inside, it was tender and delicately flavored, accompanied by fried halved green olives. The slight sweetness and tomato flavor of the marinara paired beautifully with the briny, salty taste of the olives. Simply delicious! The portion of pasta was so generous that I saved some for lunch tomorrow.
