Morro Bay Waterfront Grill

First visit to Morro Bay and stumbled over this place. Eggs Benidict was very good. Husband had burgers he had enjoyed. My daughter had shrimps and chips, they were so good that we made another trip!!

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch accompanied by stunning views. My mother ordered the fish and chips, which came with a side salad. The fish was incredibly tender and fresh—one of the best I’ve had in Morro Bay (she even let me taste it), so I’ll likely order it next time. Her salad was generous and featured a lovely mix of greens! I opted for the Chicken Caesar salad, paired with a cup of Clam Chowder. The salad was delightful, topped with perfectly cooked chicken and a dressing that wasn't overly fishy. The Clam Chowder was exceptional, smooth and creamy with plenty of clams; it was far from the thick, sticky concoctions you often find in other restaurants here. I had heard mixed reviews about the service, but we experienced nothing but friendly and prompt service. Both my mother and I were very satisfied with our lunch. A bonus for this restaurant is the beautiful view and the pet-friendly deck. I can’t wait to come back with my dog!

Whenever my friend and I visit Morro Bay, we always make it a point to stop by this restaurant for a meal. The food is exquisite, and the view of the water is stunning. My favorite dish is the Clam Chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. My friend tried the fish tacos, which looked amazing and were perfectly put together. Both dishes were absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love this place! I've dined here for both breakfast and dinner, and the food and service are exceptional. The views from inside and the enclosed deck are stunning. It's situated right by the water, offering a fantastic view of the bay. My family and I have made it a regular stop whenever we're in Morro Bay.
