Ordered a cookie cake to honor my late brother. Cake was undercooked. I called to speak with the manager who told me that 's not possible because everyone else 's cake was fine I told her that I am not referring to everyone else 's cake, but mine. She told me I could bring the cake back the next day for an exchange. The event took place today, not tomorrow. This store offers no refunds. It 's clear this location is under new management and is managed poorly. It 's okay, after decades, we will not visit this location anymore.
The service was horrible. The staff was on her AirPods the hole time talking on the phone while helping customers. They are supposed to be wearing masks but they weren’t covering any one of the staff’s nose or mouth. In addition to this my cookie was hard and seemed like it was a day or two old. It was the worst Great American experience I have ever had. On your website you brag about how your store is safe. Lies!
