Little Caesars Pizza - MORROW

This is the best location in the area! We went in and Euodia greeted us a smile and was super-professional. She asked me if it would be okay if there were 5 minutes waiting for my order and was simply super pleasant throughout the entire transaction. I almost gave on Little Caesars Pizza because the places nearby are dirty and have bad customer service. But I will definitely come back to this place.

Terrible customer service. I put an order for Italian cheese bread and the young lady on the ride through the window screamed back I wanted pepperoni bread and I said I want Italian bread and she said it will be Italian with the attitude when I went to get my order, it was pepperoni cheese bread, then they act as if they didn't have the season for her and the lady gave me seasonal packages. The place is ghetto I would not recommend this location.

Order on 08/12/22 Order number: 089 Order number: 461557 Customer name: Miranda C Pickup Date Time: 08/12/2022 09:09 PM 08/12/2022 09:14. At 915 it was ordered that the order was not finished. To park and wait for parking to be signaled (employees waving out of drive thru windows), that order was ready. Email received at 925 say order was ready. After ordering to accuracy, pizza was not hot and was not as ordered, wings were cold, and so were bread sticks. I didn't get a sauce for bread sticks, even what I ordered. Young lady in the window seemed a little confused as to do, so I asked to talk to the manager. It took 5 minutes until the supposed manager came to the window and once she offered an apology and a free drink for my waiting. You have withdrawn the order that was only done at 10:10, which was absolutely ridiculous to me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I had so far!

Wing inside and had to wait 15 minutes to place order with only one person before me. I asked if they had Paprika's scratches, said the cashier yes, but it would take 30 minutes, I said that this will be good and I ordered them. My total value was $28 for pepperoni stopper pizza (Pepperoni was my only topping) and garlic parmesean wing, and that was without tip. I gave the cashier my money, she hands it back and said I can't break it and tell me I'm going next door and chagne. Then I'll have to wait for my food for an hour. I came home and started to eat only to find out that the pizza is simply filled, not filled with peppermint. I tried to call the restaurant and couldn't help anyone answer the phone. ILL NIE GO BACK!!!

I called in 1 pizza had to wait 30 more minutes in addition to my 20 min drive I asked the sales lady if it was correct 3 times she said yes this one is correct I drove home and it?s the wrong order with meat that I haven?t eaten for 10 years I called back and they won?t pick up the phone after putting me on hold for 20 minutes now. I?ll never go back Awful service
