Wendy's - MORROW

Nearly every time we visit, our order is incomplete or wrong. Most recently I received a chicken biscuit that was not fully cooked. It is the most convenient fast food to my home, but we will not be back.

Last night was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the good service, with the high quality food and wine and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt visit there again.

This place was usually pretty good before I stopped eating at Wendy 's. So Friday, I had a little time to grab something to eat on my way in to work. I sat through a long drive thru line just to get to the speaker to order to wait another 4-5 minutes for someone to take my number and no one ever came. So I pulled up to the window and the building is full of employees from what I could see but they weren 't taking orders. I had to constantly blow and wave to find that out that they weren 't serving customers. They just pulled a rack of buns in front of the window. Common sense would tell you to put a sign on your doors and the speaker to say you all are closed for the day due to whatever reason. They saw the line beginning to wrap around the building and no one came out to say anything! I was not only super late to work because of something as minor as a we 're closed sign or the actual words couldn 't be communicated properly, but I was still hungry too because all of my time was wasted at this restaurant. I feel like this could very well be a sign to leave the Wendy 's chain alone for good!

I ordered the new burger with the pretzel bun combo with a sweet tea. When I got to the window to pay the gentleman gave me a different amount then what I was told when I ordered. He did quickly rectify that and was very friendly. Got to the window to pick up my food and the gentleman handed me the bag and told me I needed to pull up to wait for the rest of my order. At that point I was confused. I asked what I was waiting for and was told pull up and he would let me know. At that point a lady came to the window and said I needed to pull up because someone was making my tea sweet. I waited about 4 minutes before someone brought me my tea. To be honest the fact that I had to wait for my tea to be made sweet made me nervous and I didn't drink it. Once home I unwrapped my sandwich, took the top bun off to find half a raw onion on the sandwich. This sandwich is supposed to come with fried onion rings. There was more raw onion on the sandwich than beef. If they had run out of the onion rings shouldn't I have been told so I could make the choice if I wanted raw onion on my sandwich.

Absolutely loved this Wendy's. The atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere were a welcome surprise! My only complaint was the restroom. The restrooms were disorderly and under supplied. Great friendly staff and I LOVE the Adoption support display just wish it wasn't displayed on the way to the bathroom.
