Restaurant Panorama - Morschach

The service staff is okay, but then the chef de service, I've never experienced anything so unfriendly and inconsiderate. The food is sorry, just ok and I felt neither comfortable nor welcome. When we were then asked how we felt, how it tasted and we described our point of view, nothing happened, absolutely not, there wasn't even an apology.... Oh yes, before I forget, we were there for about 120 minutes and due to the small thunderstorm that passed by, there were 3 power cuts, one of which lasted almost 20 minutes. No one came by to apologize or at least bring a candle, no we sat there and waited until the power came back. I think it's really a sign of poverty...

Beautiful terrace overlooking nature. Since we didn't reserve until 1 p.m., the biggest (children's hype was over. Warm welcome and generally very friendly and speedy staff. We (four women were able to take enough time for the aperitif and then help ourselves to the fine, very rich salad buffet. For the main course there was: 1x spaghetti aglio&olio very tasty, were just perfect; 1x beef stew, parmesan risotto and spinach spinach was very fine, the rest was OK, but not particularly worth mentioning; 2x pizza both pizzas were very good. Unfortunately, both guests did not come up with the idea of a small! Ordering pizza, greetings from food waste. A quick question (big or small? by the waitress would certainly not be out of place here. After the meal we were able to enjoy a good cup of coffee with a classy Jass and let the beautiful afternoon come to an end.

Wir waren im März 2021 verschiedene Male anlässlich unseres Aufenhaltes im Swiss Holiday Park im Restaurant Panorama . Das Essen war jedes Mal wirklich schmackhaft und das Service-Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die telefonische Reservation wurde nicht vermerkt, so dass wir warten mussten, bis uns ein Tisch zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Schnitzel und die Pommes dazu ertranken in Fett und das Schnitzel war hart wie Schuhsohle. Die Wok-Pfanne war ungeniessbar, da total versalzen. Der Salat war gut. Schade war auch, dass viele Weine auf der Karte ausverkauft waren. Das Servicepersonal ist nett und die Speisen kommen sehr schnell, dennoch würden wir niemandem empfehlen, hier zu essen.

Das Wildfleisch ist zu empfehlen war lecker! Elegant, nicht ganz günstig, aber schöne Aussicht am Tag und guter Service.
