Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morton Grove

The portion of meat was meager and my fries were served promptly. The overall experience at the restaurant in Morton Grove, Illinois was disappointing.

There is only one person working at this restaurant who prepares all the food and does not wear a mask. Despite the fact that the pandemic is over, I still believe it is important for the person handling my food to wear a mask. I ended up leaving without ordering and do not plan on returning.

I have visited this restaurant with my son a few times. The portion sizes can vary depending on who is preparing the food. I don't believe we should have to pay extra for guacamole as a starter. I always request cilantro on our dishes. During our last visit, they put cilantro on my son's food, but the manager seemed dismissive when I asked for a little bit of cilantro on my salad. Shouldn't they aim to please their customers? This experience was a turn off for me.

I have ordered from here since they opened, but it has made me change my mind in time. my chicken bowl wasn't even full when I got it and the chips are fried a little too much. I work at chipotle and this part is simply not and the chips do not even have the lemon salt flavor for overcooked in the oil.

Chips were stale and chicken had lots of tendon/inedible parts. For some time it was fine, but recently the quality has gone down again. The meats usually have a lot of fat and aren't cut well. The people are fine. Just the quality is poor.
