Alte Posthalterei - Mosbach

We were there on Sunday afternoon, after lunch and were glad to have reserved it. Finally, the room was gradually filled towards the night before. If you like home cooking, it will be really rich here! We're used to big parts, but even these we didn't manage. On our own request, however, we had packed the remains. “Mut to the gap”, which concerns the only service, because it does not immediately question whether alcohol is cooked in food. Price/quality ratio is TOP! The espresso, as a crowning conclusion, we came to the house, but unfortunately it was all irrigated with us! Shame! We like to come back!

Excellent food, you can recommend without restriction. Beautiful ambience, friendly and attentive service and good prices. Unfortunately, I'm not from Mosbach, otherwise I would go there regularly.

We were in the old post office last week and were super satisfied. In particular, the service was super nice, unobtrusive and very accommodating despite the large workload. This place can only be recommended. Also the food was just class and the Peris performance ratio is still right in this inn! TOP!!!!

We stayed on 03.04.2011 for 4 people in the Old Posthalterei and this restaurant we can only recommend. It is housed in a workshop and looks good from the outside. The interior is rather normal, somewhat rustic. Nothing spectacular, but you feel comfortable there. You also have a side room where the smoking room is. So no one is disturbed now, and no one has to go out. The owners can't be so good German, but are totally nice. The menu offers something for everyone: good bourgeois cuisine, Italian and Balkan specialities. The portions with meat are iiiiiiiiiieeeessig. You can't do it. For these portions, the price performance ratio is very good. The food was delicious too. Very accommodating is the operation. If there's a lot to go, you have to wait a bit for dinner, but you'll buy it. In the case of invoice, you get a drink to the house. So we men had a Ramazotti and the ladies had an Amaretto. So if you like it well civicly without big fakes, I can only recommend the old post holder.

The food is very tasty and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere.
