Red Bento - Moscow

We went into Red Bento tonight and got seated with no issue. Then we were ignored for 30 minutes without so much as one server coming to our table to take a drink order! We ended up just walking out and not ordering anything! What a waste of time! I like the food when I can actually order it! This isn't first time we had to wait 20+ minutes to be acknowledged by the wait staff since they changed locations. Would definitely not recommend this place!

Waiters waitresses have no knowledge on menu. Apparently menu is not “updated” so it has the wrong information which they do not tell you. Waste of time waste of my money.

They could consider heat lamps for food sitting and waiting for servers to get it to the table. Top layer of meat not hot.

Since moving to the mall; everything has gone downhill. We'll be going anywhere else from now on. Ordered to go in person, waited almost 45 minutes for one California roll. From then on we've called showed up later then they say to... Still not ready for 20 minutes plus. Very. Very. Disappointing.

Quality has plummeted since they moved. Don't bother, it's no better than frozen dinner
