The customer service was outstanding! The young lady at the drive-thru was incredibly polite. I believe her name was Wilson, based on what I saw on her shirt. Additionally, they placed napkins at the bottom of my bag to prevent any grease from leaking onto my seats. Great job!

I had a fantastic lunch here. The staff was quick and helpful, offering excellent service. The food was prepared exactly as requested, which was great. I highly recommend this place!

I was there for my son's basketball tournament, and I wanted to mention the two managers who provided excellent service. They even shared a few laughs with us. Overall, it was a great experience!

Slipped in late nite.. not much else was open... took a chance on going here- I've not been in years.. the chicken sliders were amazingly good! My hubby got the combo w Krystals and chili cheese fries, he was very happy with his choice

I encountered one of the rudest employees at the counter. Her attitude was quite unpleasant; she even tossed jelly into a customer's bag. She was dressed in blue jeans with no name tag, and her shirt had mustard stains from breakfast, appearing quite unkempt. The interior was dark and unclean as well. I also found it strange that there was no salt available anywhere in the restaurant.
