Domino's Pizza - Mound

It's domino's. Better than it used to be though and they open way later than anyone else so if you've had a few drinkypoos and got the craving for pizza late at night to soak up that liquor then hit up doms for a pizza pie

Terrible service. Ordered parmesan bread bites and got cinnamon sticks. Driver was stoned out of his mind (Isaiah). Immature staff seems to be the issue.

When I called the store to complain, I was brushed off by one of the employees and a manager, both of whom said, "Well, if the money isn't back in your account by tomorrow, give us a call back." I couldn't believe it—what were they going to do, wave a magic wand? When I asked why the charges occurred in the first place, no one had an answer or offered an apology, nor did they suggest a way to make things right. If my brother hadn't been with me when my card was declined, I wouldn't have been able to buy groceries for my family. It's unacceptable that they never followed up to see if the issue was resolved (thankfully, my bank took care of it). We haven't returned since then.

I've been dining at the Mound Domino's since I was a child. While I don't often order for carryout, I frequently use their delivery service. The delivery drivers are consistently friendly and courteous. If there’s ever an issue with my order, I simply call, and they promptly resolve it. The food always arrives hot.

I ordered and paid for my pizza online, but when I arrived at the pickup window, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be ready. Two workers made eye contact with me but chose to ignore my presence; they never came to the window or even informed me via text or call when my pizza was finished. The next day, I went back to request a refund politely. The 'manager' declined to issue a refund and offered no apology or explanation for the poor service I experienced. Overall, my experience with this Domino's was frustrating—they took my money, wasted my time, and didn't care enough to acknowledge the issue. I highly recommend finding better local options instead of supporting this level of incompetence.
