It 's busy, I understand that, but when you build a truck stop in an underserved area, buy more land. This place is too cramped and chaotic, I 'll stop at a real truck stop where you can get in and out with ease.I went inside to get a coffee and a donut. It was busy, I was eleventh in line and there were people behind me. Not to mention the locals that were letting their friends in....oh joy! And, if you 're going to close a register, close the one at the front door, as that one being the only one open was causing a major traffic jam at the door. Nobody wanted to back up to let people through, I felt sorry for the cashier having to deal with this.The question that needs to be asked is why so small? The property up there is obviously cheaper than say Overland Park or Shawnee Mission and all of the stores are new(er) The ones OP and SM have way more pumps and the store is bigger, so somebody failed big time in the planning department at HQ.I thought the funniest part was when I tried to leave and I was blocked front and back for about 3 minutes, both gals in big dually trucks. I started to get mad, but I figured this was God 's way of telling me to never come back. I listen to divine intervention and any sane person should do the same. I 'm going back to gassing up in Omaha and KC and just avoiding the hootenanny.

This was the second or third time we came to fuel as their prices are far better than the big 4 ! However, drivers this place has only 4 pumps all DEF) and it is a tight turn in and out. No parking to speak of except three pull throughs on the other side of store. One pump was down. You MUST go inside as they are not set up to let you pump from the isle. Here's the issue, the line is always very long. The bathroom womens) has no toilet paper, but I opened a box stacked in the hallway and gave the ladies inside the restroom some. The trashcan was overflowed. Husband said the men's was clean though. The entire store had the feeling of short staffing. These employees need help! Didn't see a lot of food available, but didn't look close. Overall, it's worth going to for the fuel but remember NO pull ups so you must hurry in the store as the guy behind you will be almost in the road.

This was the worst Caseys I have ever been to. Completely understaffed. I asked for ketchup and was told she didn't have time to restock it, so I put my hamburger back. I understand her frustration.

A gentleman in the thread wrote about this location being busy because it's the first stop off the interstate.He's right and I understand why. This location has plenty of gas pumps that can top off your ride.Inside, delicious Casey's pizza, Rice Krispie Treats and other assorted snacks and drinks are available to go.The bathroom was clean during my visit. So was the rest of the store.Free air is available if you need it.
