My husband picked Popeyes tonight for dinner and when he got home and opened the box he realized the order was wrong, so he drove up to the store to have the order corrected. He spoke with Brian the manager who said they will not remake the food because the boxes were open...How else would we know the food was wrong if we didn 't look at it. The food is alright, I enjoy the chicken sandwich but the other chicken is pretty bland. What gets me is how dirty it was inside, the floors were really dirty and the tables weren?t cleaned and there were flies in the kitchen area. I tried going again but I walked inside and decided to leave because of how dirty it was. I would totally return if it was cleaned.

Rudest drive-thru employee i have ever encountered. Refused to accept my coupon or adjust the price of my order at the window and proceeded to argue with me as to whether I told them that i had a coupon during my order (which I did).
