As an update from my previous visit, I went to this Five Guys last night and tried a burger with my fries. While the burger was good, the fries were, once again, disappointing. It's baffling how a restaurant known for its fries can repeatedly serve such poor quality. In this case, quantity definitely does not make up for quality. The fries were still limp and undercooked; they looked cooked on the outside but were pretty much bland and pale, indicating they hadn't been properly fried. I knew right away just by looking at them that they’d be underwhelming. On a positive note, the burger was tasty. Food was terrible. Bread was soggy. The hamburger tastes just like the one in Burger King next door. The only difference is next door. You're not spending $20 for french fries on a burger. Doesn't say anywhere that a hamburger is actually a double burger which is stupid. But when I asked it was pointless because they didn't speak English. The fry suck. They weren't even done. I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a great experience overall. The food was quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. I particularly enjoyed the large fries, which were perfectly crispy, and the cheeseburger, which was flavorful and satisfying. The service was outstanding, earning a 5 for being attentive and friendly throughout my meal. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, rating a 3. It was somewhat casual, but I wished for a more inviting ambiance. Overall, I would recommend this spot if you're looking for a delicious and affordable meal, with a price range of $10–20 per person.
