Zambrero - Mount Barker

Very tasty food but for the price its not great value. staff are quick and friendly. If you add the option's like black rice and avocado its really expensive for a quick lunch. I have tried a few options of everything but every time i get very flushed skin and don't feel great after but love the taste. Im fine with spicy food normally. might be just me.

For 2 quick burritos to eat in and 1 drink $34.50 seemed a bit rich. I have been twice now and never again. Both times the tables have been covered in food and rubbish as has the floor below. I asked for it to be wiped up the second visit, the floor stayed filthy. The shop was empty with 2 employees there so not run off their feet. Both visits the staff managed to get the orders wrong and the food was served cold. when leaving both times no one in front house of shop...I suppose thats limits complaints as there's noone there to complain to.

I tried Zambrero's at Unley and was so impressed that I immediately went online to see if there was one at Mt. Barker. (Yes!) The food is tasty, fresh, and the staff were very helpful. To 'Rikki K' I would just suggest that Zambrero's is like Subway. If you want more of something or less, just ask.

The guys I have met there are more than happy to step you through the process and have a chat along the way. Burritos were solid, tasty and for every meal people buy they donate a meal...killer place

I just stood in line waiting to be served by one of the two staff members (during lunch hours) and paid $14 to have a burrito filled with way too much onion. The whole thing tasted like I was eating an onion.
