Írjon visszajelzéstLarge small pizza shop near downtown Mount Dora. Limited parking spaces on the adjacent parking lot, but they have overflow parking at a nearby store. Several wine options, through the glass, carafe or bottle. Many pizza and salad options, baked Brussels sprouts are a great appetizer option. They offer takeout and the takeout business seems booming. If you are planning on a weekend dinner visit, try to arrive before typical dinner hours or you may have problems getting a table.
The food was good. The service was slow, but it's everywhere. Would you like to order another drink?
Finally! As a former New Yorker, I thought it would be impossible to find a proper pizza here in Florida, but this place nailed it. The crust was perfectly crisp and airy without being burnt or overcooked. They used fresh basil, olive oil, and tomatoes, along with plenty of cheese. The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful, especially Jaydon. He brought me ice-cold water on a hot day and even ran my pizza to my truck so I could enjoy it in the air conditioning. Great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
Garlic knots were hard and overcooked. Pizza tasted like something you would buy in the frozen pizza aisle at Winn-Dixie. Hard to screw pizza! Pizza Amore is a former house turned restaurant. The interior was nicely converted into a restaurant, but the food was terrible. Wouldn't recommend. Too many better pizza places nearby.
I was completely overlooked at the bar while waiting for a table and would have liked to order some drinks. The kitchen area was quite dirty, which was off-putting. There were cameras everywhere, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for dining. The decor was unappealing, and the service was just mediocre. Additionally, some customers were rude. Overall, it was a lackluster experience. It's disappointing that when a customer raises a concern about the cleanliness of your restaurant, your response is to lash out instead of addressing the issue. This only reinforces my belief that you might not be cut out for this business.
