Bahn Kubo - Mount Gambier

Whilst the food was nice enough, I was actually expecting much better based on other reviews. I had the Japanese Dumpling which I thoroughly enjoyed. I followed this with the Cashew Nut Stir-fry with Crispy Pork and Special Fried Rice. The latter 2 were very good-sized serves, but somewhat bland. The staff were very friendly, but didn't really monitor the tables for drinks. Hot tip - pick the padded seats! The others are very hard and uncomfortable. Prices were quite good, and quantity was definitely "bang-for-buck".

This small shop on the main street of Mt Gambier provides delicious authentic Asian dishes at reasonable prices. My family have bought from them on two separate trips, so I guess that's the best recommendation!

Food was great, recommended the 3 meat combo! Even went back for takeaway next night. Good price and they have a kids menu.

We love coming to Bahn Kubo, the service is always great and friendly. Food if delicious and really great prices. I would say service with a smile guaranteed.

The food was so yummy - tasty and comforting. Fresh juicy prawns with a black pepper sauce and veg, and a delicately fragrant yellow beef curry with the meat meltingly tender. Cute decor and obviously popular with locals.
