It's a very dirty place... absolutely dirty. windows, tables, toilet. if they can't keep this place clean.. how can you order food here... i don't want to get poisoned

Everything really has been on point here. Got the double quarter meal and fries were hot. Coke was good and the official speaking language was broken English but food was as nice as it could be for the big D.

My husband went to place an order of sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a large black coffee. I have to advise he easily spends between $3-$11 a day for his breakfast. When he pulled up to the first window the “little girl” repeated the incorrect order to my husband, sighed to my husband as if the error was his. And besides that sigh and she had the audacity to roll her eyes at him. The “little girl” then brought the mgr in, who started to talk Spanish to my Brother-in-law when my husband was the customer. The manager did not seem to care that there was an issue but advised my husband there are other places he could take his business. We are seeing this behavior more often that some fast food places do not want to upset their employees but you need to address these concerns. A manager should understand and try to resolve the issue NOT SEND THE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICE! I would hope to see this matter resolved and some sort of follow up. And I am about a week late in reporting this horrible behavior due to a surgery I recently had.

Standing here for ten minutes waiting for my order to be taken and she throws up this sign. No line. Want me to come make my food to? Pay ppl 15 dollars a hour to not do their job. Makes sense.

It's summer in the South. In other words, HOT. The air conditioning was not working, all they had was the fan blowing.
