Taco Bell - Mount Juliet

I'm not sure if there are new employees or what happened, but we've visited this Taco Bell many times, and this was our worst experience yet. The cashier was quite curt and seemed to mumble throughout our order. Our fries were dumped at the bottom of the bag, and I didn't receive what I paid for with the rice. I really hope our next visit is better.

We didn't receive the correct sizes of the items we ordered, but overall, it was quite enjoyable!

I often stop here on my way home from work on Sunday nights, but tonight it seemed they didn't want my business. I waited while the two cars in front of me placed their orders and received their food. When I finally got to the speaker, I was asked to hold on, which is usually fine—typically just a minute or two. However, tonight it felt like I waited about five or six minutes. I spoke up, and a woman told me it would be just a few more minutes. After working an 11-hour shift, I was done waiting. Oh well, maybe it's for the best; I might have dodged a case of food poisoning or something.

I was getting my tires rotated next door and walked to this TB. Excellent service from a very kind cashier/server. She was a petite black woman (I wish I had gotten her name), and just as sweet as she could be, wishing me a blessed Christmas. I ordered the chicken power bowl and it was delicious and full. The window washer was there cleaning windows and even he was kind in speaking with customers. I don’t post a lot of reviews but felt I needed to this time; to lift spirits this Season!

Went through the drive thru and had a wonderful experience untill I opened the bag and it was all wrong. I went back and went in and they made my order and had it to me in less than 2 minutes. If it wasn't for that it would have been all 5 stars
