Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mount Kisco

This restaurant seems to be jinxed. I can't help but wonder if it's built on a Native American burial ground or something similar. We rarely have a normal experience. From extremely delayed online orders to unavailable menu items, a down network, broken plumbing, locked front doors at 3 PM for no reason, insufficient staff, and occasional unexplainable online pickup issues, there's always something going wrong. That being said, the staff has consistently been friendly throughout our visits.

In a previous post, I expressed how this restaurant should simply close its doors. It's the second time this week that they've shut down at an unreasonable hour. Their sign indicates that they close at 7:15 PM, but the front doors were locked by 6:48 PM. How can a business operate like this? Out of my last five visits to grab a bowl for dinner, four have ended in disappointment with the doors locked. I honestly recommend finding another location because this one is just terrible. This place is really disappointing. Chipotle should pay their employees better so that when customers arrive, they don’t have to face a sign on the door saying, “Sorry! Due to staffing issues, the front line will remain closed for the rest of the day,” at 7 PM on a Tuesday night. I’m heading to Tipsy Taco instead!

This is what happens when teenagers attempt to run a restaurant. We often find that about 60% of our takeout orders are missing items. When we picked up our food, it was ice cold, even though we had specified a pickup time and arrived five minutes early. I tried to get a refund for the missing item, but instead, I was only offered a coupon that I need to use within 30 days. It was a terrible experience.

Upon entry, every single table was covered in filth, crumbs and left behind napkins/dishes/silverware. All of them! They definitely had not been cleaned all day. The 3 guys behind the counter we're laughing together, not doing much and there was no excuse for this, especially with me being the only visible customer. The food was great and my preparer was very friendly to me. I had no place to sit however and even the outside tables looked like a tornado hit just like the inside ones. With just a little tighter management this location has potential. It doesn't take much effort to wipe down some tables and it will go such a long way

Ive been to this location many times but the crew at lunch time as of 7/2022 they stinks. Dude name Patrick threw my food across the counter because a set of customer walked of the line while he prepared their food. I wish I knew the reason I shouldve left with them. This crew is just horrible new staffing please. Hire people that take their job and dealing with people food seriously. This crew is a joke big time. The food sometimes is overcooked, way too much salt thus leaving the meat dried. They are very rude. They feel uncompelled to follow simple direction on preparing your food. Avoid this location. This location is not even busy for them to get annoyed at following your directions. Ive been to other chipotles that are way busier and still manage to get my order right.
