Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! Been coming here for years and this was by far the WORST experience of customer service on the planet. I walk in and just wanted to make sure they weren’t closed. Going through my order and I can tell there may have been a language barrier, so I try and go slowly. The associate was totally not being responsive with my order. Therefore I asked the I assume manager in all black attire if everything was okay. That’s all I simply asked, in front of everyone he threw my order in the trash and told me to get out. Even the customers behind me stated he must be mad about something else. Won’t be coming here again.

The food was good, but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I had a pickup scheduled for 7:30, but it wasn't ready until after 8. The staff became rude when we asked about the delay. I understand they may have been busy, but there is no excuse for being snippy with customers. Overall, I was really disappointed by the experience.

I have been a customer for years, and every time I go, I see this restaurant deteriorating rapidly. It all started when the management changed and this new manager, who seems to hate his life, takes it out on the customers. Today was the final straw when they messed up my burrito and refused to fix their mistake or rewrap it. Furthermore, they refuse to provide water cups due to COVID-19 restrictions, yet they still sell regular cups. This issue should be investigated as it may be illegal. The Voorhees location is much better than this one.

I love panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be at mt laurel in rt 38. I came with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just cried out before everyone they can't have the dog here. first I never had problems with any restaurant when I keep the dog especially when I hold it in my poor ones I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign that no dogs are allowed, instead of screaming before everyone and making the customers embarrassing. the manager needs more trainingvicky

Dined in: I ordered a bowl of rice and steak for me, and a bark quesadilla for my son. Mexican food bursts in the regular with aromen; the personal looked like they were better elsewhere. it was my first time and I won't come back.
