Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

I've been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time, but over the past 5 or 6 months, the quality here has really declined. First of all, the staff are incredibly rude. Some employees won't even acknowledge you, while those who do seem annoyed to have to speak with you. The only person I've had a decent interaction with in months literally spat on the floor when they handed me my order. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the place is on par with the poor customer service. Recently, I've noticed an overwhelming and unpleasant odor that can best be described as a mixture of a dirty mop bucket and bleach cleaner from the floors.

The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is spotless, including the dining area. The food is truly freshly prepared. We frequently order the Burrito and the Quesadilla—at least 2 or 3 times a month. It's more affordable and healthier than other fast food options.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was somewhat rude, and to make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered a huge cockroach crawling in the bag. I'm relieved I found it after it had been in my car and handled by me—it was absolutely disgusting! I've ordered from here before and never had a problem with cleanliness, but this time it seems they didn't clean properly. I shouldn't have to worry about a bug ending up in my food. I definitely won’t be ordering from there again. Additionally, I ordered chips, but they forgot to include them in my bag. I should have double-checked, but this experience was still really disappointing.

I love Panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be around Mt Laurel in rt 38. I came in with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just yelled in front of everyone you can?t have the dog here . First of all I never had any issue with any restaurant when I bring the dog especially when I?m holding her in my arms which I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign no dogs allowed instead of yelling in front of everyone and embarrassing the customer. That manager need some more training Vicky

The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. Pancheros needs to figure it out at this location, I can honestly say I am done with this company after trying a few times.
