Wendy's - Mount Pleasant

I left the doctor to get a limo while I was waiting for my guy to be released. Google cards said open for more 40mins, lights were on (drive inside) but no service provided. Another car was parked in front of the window. I moved up to ask if they were open, he said he was supposed to pick up food, but he doesn't think as he had watched 4 other cars trying to order and drive w/out service.

We thought it was a fast bite (dine in) a couple of employees had been sitting there as if it were a day nursery for the family. A child had his laptop made ridiculous to hear it all the time. The food was cold. No utensils given. That was a second shot at this place. It won't be back.

I've been a frequent visitor to this day. When I gave my card through the window to pay, I saw one of them treated my food with their hand. And then pull down the mask to wipe her nose with the same hand. Her other hand was gloved so it was to me why she used her lover. Lose my business.

I'm usually very satisfied with the quality of food and service from this location, but today changed everything for me. The guy at the drive through was very rude and unprofessional. When I was ordering, he was rushing me through my order. As if I was wasting his time. Also when I tried to add something to my order, he said they couldn't add anything at the window and that they were already backed up. To be honest. It's not what he said. Its how he said it. Very rude!! Very unprofessional!!

I went through the drive-thru and placed a very simple order for the $5 meal. Unfortunately, the only thing they got right was the drink.
